              Water Week- April 6-12, 2025

"Water Week 2025" text with an illustration of a domed building and "regionalH2O.org" link.

While every week is “Water Week” in our world, April 6-12 is dedicated to sharing information about water policy and regulatory changes with our representatives in Washington, D.C. and here at home in Oregon. It is also an opportunity to advocate for federal investments in safe, sustainable, reliable, and affordable drinking water across the nation.

How do water providers put this advocacy into practice? We work together to share information and resources, collaborate on projects with mutual benefit, and speak with one voice across the region to save ratepayer money. In addition, providers comply with drinking water regulations, secure funding for projects, and keep elected officials and policy makers informed about drinking water issues.
